Enjoy 180 degrees of lake views from this year-round Lake Geneva home located on the shores of Lake Como. Lake Como is a quiet, non-crowded lake with a shallow bottom. The lake is approximately 9 feet at it's deepest, so it's a perfect lake for boating, tubing, waterskiing, swimming, fishing and more! Centrally located just 3 miles west of downtown Lake Geneva and also steps away from the famous Mars Resort Bar & Restaurant with a piano bar and outdoor seating on the lake.

Good to know
The backyard is large with a fence separating the house from famous Mars Resort supper club next door. There's a small private beach and pier with a boat slip to accommodate your own boat or one that you rent during your stay. We provide two kayaks, rafts, yard games and beach toys! The pier is typically in the water from April-October, depending on the weather. Ask us for boat rental recommendations. The home has a wrap around deck with dining area, outdoor fireplace, gas grill. Enjoy sunsets from the second story balcony deck. Both decks overlook Geneva National Golf Club, with its three 18 hole championship golf courses. This house is an ideal destination for golfers, team building, couples, girls weekends, families, and adult groups of friends. The house has an open floor plan with a kitchen that seats 8, opening to the living room with an additional dining table for 4 and couches, all overlooking the lake. There's a two-sided fireplace, and smart tv with cable provided. Please bring your favorite streaming platform logins! There are 2 - first floor queen bedrooms both have wall mounted televisions. There are also 3 - bedrooms with closets on the second floor with two twin beds in each, for a total of 6 twin beds. Hang out in the 2nd floor living room area with a wall mounted television and a queen-sized sofa sleeper. This house has a max occupancy of 12. There are two full bathrooms in this home, one on each level.
Other Details to Note
For the lucky ones staying for the 4th of July, you'll have an excellent view of the spectacular Geneva National fireworks display that will take place directly across the lake. You won't have to fight crowds and find parking, but instead will be able to enjoy them from the comfort of this home. For larger groups, we have the house available next door that sleeps 17 people. Ask us about our other lake front properties on this road! Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.
